- Only go to the gym when you feel 100%.

 - If it’s a holiday, skip the gym and watch some Netflix instead.
 - If you only have time for a 30-minute session, just skip the gym entirely.
 - If your gym partner is late, stay in your car outside and scroll through TikTok.
 - If there are too many people at the gym, leave.
 - If the equipment you want to use is taken, just skip it and cut your session short.
 - Spend more time checking your phone than actually working out.
 - If you forgot your headphones, leave.
 - Always choose the easiest exercises to avoid breaking a sweat.
 - If you don’t see immediate results, lose motivation for a couple of months.
 - Skip leg day.
 - “Oh well, I guess I just don’t have the genetics for it.”
